Great event at the beautiful and amazing well run Clearwater Bay Golf course. Slightly chilly and a modest breeze, but close to perfect golf conditions.
Some dubious team selection put three CWB members in the same team who strolled to victory (ignore any claims that this had to do with green fee administration issues).
The great new LSW prizes were much appreciated by the lucky recipients. Thanks to those who organised these (and brought them to the event – Nick 👏), not to mention the great new LSW shirts.
Playing CWB members on their home course does seem a bit like lambs to the slaughter, but with the chance to play on such a lovely course, who cares?
